Can you believe that tomorrow it's March already? So, definitely time for your free March illustration download. The daffodils really are coming into full bloom here now, so this slice of bright and breezy days in the park is as real  and fresh-from-nature as it gets.

As ever, you're welcome to use this jpg illustration freebie however you like within the pretty broad limits of the BoundingSquirrel angel policy.

Have fun with this, and if you're enjoying it, please feel free to leave a comment and link below to show off how you're using it (if you'd like, there's no obligation).

That's it for today, but hope you're well, and take care.

More soon.

P.S. Update on March 25th. If you like this design, you may also like the Easter daffodil ecard here.

Free Floral Clip Art/Illustration: Chrysanthemums

Hello there-hope life's been treating you well.

This week's freebie is a chrysanthemum illustration/image/graphic/painting/clip art (call it what you will) and can be used personally or commercially. (Full details are in my new "Angel" Policy for crafters here).

Just tap or click/right-click the image to save it as you normally would to whichever device you're using.

It's based on my original design in digital acrylic. And if you like these flowers, then (as they say) you might also love the full eight sheet card-making and craft set of which they're a part...

Go here to find out more/buy them as a printable kit.

That's all for now, but hope you enjoy these flowers in one form or another.

More soon!

"June Floral Wreath" Illustration/Clip Art for Web and Screens

It's June, and time for flowers. So I've created this illustration specifically for every kind of web or screen-based project that you might be putting together or sending out this month, from videos and newsletters to other web posts or presentations.

As ever, simply share or right-click it and link back here with credit to me (Clare Walker) if you're happy to keep the watermark.

But if you'd like a watermark-free image for any web or screen-based project that you own, you can now grab that right here via Gumroad.

There'll be more posts soon, but in the meantime, have a warm and happy June!

Daily Illustration #85: Quick Sketch of Our Scabious Flowers

So we've just got some scabious (or "pincushion") flowers for the second year in a row-mostly because they are utterly "bee-friendly" and fit neatly into the window-boxes.

What I'd forgotten is how strange they look at the beginning. The weird "saucer" shape has such a straight bottom and a virtual right angle to such a thin stem.

Will probably draw them again later in the year, just to show you how they've changed.

But now all we need is some sun and warmth to keep them growing, and get those bees interested.
