Just in time for Halloween...

Free Halloween Images

Hello there

In haste, but just in time for this Friday (if you're reading this near to my typing it, anyway), here's a selection of my Halloween images for this year, all on one sheet. I did promise the crafters reading this that there would be more soon for you, and with apologies for the delay, here it is.

They are all classic "black on deep orange watercolour," Halloween motifs  (cat, haunted house, bats,  etc), with a gentle twist. All the black images have been stencilled, to give a slightly grainy "old-fashioned printing," effect for extra spookiness.

And they're all ready to download, print and use.

To use them, you have a couple of options:

1. If you tap or right-click on the image above, you're welcome to download and use this one for free (credit always appreciated, but never required).

As ever though, I can't vouch that they'll come out the A4 size they went in (Google does a really strange re-sizing thing  that I can't always control), or

Shed-Shaped Card to Print in A Hurry

Hello there, (and yes, as you can probably tell from the title, this *is* the companion post to "Floral Cards You Can Print In a Hurry," from a few weeks ago).

I've just uploaded the design you see above, so that by the time you get this message in your inbox, it should be available to buy and print out in my Craftsuprint shop.

So fingers crossed, if you have a last minute Father's Day emergency this year, it should available to print out out and still look really fun and totally intended. (My huge apologies for not posting this earlier...I got struck down with a monster cold and cough...Yes, in June-that's our weather this year at work, I guess...).

But all's improving now. And should you find yourself reading or needing this after Father's Day, it's very versatile. Sentiment ideas like "I Love You Shed-Loads," and "Happy Birthday" are included on the sheet too. These are year-round winners, and not just limited to male shed-lovers, either...

Hope you're thriving and ready for today's free download: Cute groundhogs, in a printable that you can use in lots of different ways.

The sheet prints out well (300 dpi) at ordinary A4 size in a home printer, and is based around a pattern that's also on lots of cute stuff in the shop...

A confession...

I would have got this to you before today ('cos as I type, it as already Groundhog Day, Feb 2nd).

But for reasons best known to myself, I only realised this morning that marmots and groundhogs are the same animal...

Anyway, you have them now (and let's face it, cute marmots/groundhogs help to make life happier at any time of year, don't they?). (Here's the download link again, if you need it).

A Cute Halloween Cat for the Spooky Season...

Hello there, and I hope all's great with you.

Every year, around the Halloween season, I face the same dilemma. Pictures, card sheets and products for it are supposed to be spooky. And yet, "spooky," isn't my natural stamping ground, whereas "cute and whimsical," ideas come more naturally.

A Printable Mother's Day Card Shaped Like A Flower Pot?

Hello there. Hope you're doing well. In the UK it's coming up to that time again, where lots of people need a Mother's Day card at short notice. And even if you're elsewhere, or reading at another time, this, or any other need for a quick, pretty printable card might apply to you sometime soon.

In this case, I have you covered. If you want a printable, easy card that still looks great and has a natural "wow" factor, here it is. The image on this sheet folds up so that it's flower-pot shaped, with tags and an insert to pop inside if you choose.

Free Cute Teddy Printable Background for Valentine's Day, Love and Romance

Hello there, and hope you're well. This week's offering is a cute and free teddy printable background that you can use in any direction in your printable projects. (My angel policy on how you can use all the freebies on the blog is here).

Just click, right click, or tap (according to your device) and save, and it's yours. (Amongst many other uses, I can vouch for the fact that it makes a great printable wrapping paper for small items at A4 300dpi printing size).

Free Leaf Clip Art Printable: Green Leaves Pattern

It's time for another freebie, in this case an A4 printable pattern of green spring/ summer leaves. It would make a great background or piece of wrapping or craft paper. Or you're welcome to use just some of it as clip art. You can use it any way you like in line with my angel policy.

To grab this, just right-click, click or tap (depending on your device) and save, and you're good to go. (IF you take a picture of anything you make, I'd love to see it (maybe on the BoundingSquirrel Facebook Page?) and would also do what I can to promote anything you make which incorporates it too.

Free Christmas Wreath Printable (Day 90/100)

 Hello again. Hope you're well and thriving in the very best way possible at this time.

Today, I started playing around with the clipart elements from Day 81, and wanted to demonstrate how versatile they can be. 

They turned into this printable Christmas wreath...

Which it seems only fair to offer to you as a free printable because a) the elements of it are free and b) It's Christmas (or almost so).

Christmas Berries: New Collection and Free Printable Background (Day 30)

 Hello again, and hope that life is treating you well wherever it finds you.

It's Day 30 of my crazy challenge, and today, I have the story of a pattern, a new collection and a free background for you.

The story starts a few days ago, when The Computer Man prised me away from the desk and we spotted these rather lovely berries...(This is part of one of his photos, so many thanks there too).

The berries burned their way into my brain in the best possible way, and I eventually drew them as the feature motif in what is (I think) my first Christmas pattern of the year...

Free Autumn Wreath Printable (Sketch a Day 7)

 

Yes, I know the Equinox was yesterday. But if this autumn printable floats your boat, you can use it if you right-click and save as, or tap and save it.

As you can probably tell (!) it's been hand-drawn in pen and watercolour/watercolor, and yes, I'd also have liked to spend longer on it. But that's the nature of daily art challenges. So if it's of use to you,  it's a jpg you can use in line with my angel policy.

A Free Printable "Thank You"...

Hello there.  Hope you're well, and thriving as much as possible.

Today's offering is a free printable.

In these strange times, there's one thing am finding myself doing (even, I hope) more than usual. And that's saying thank you, to so many people who are, in their various different (and often unsung) ways making life easier

If you're feeling like that too, please right-click and save (or simply tap and save, depending on your device) this printable "thank you" design, with my blessing.

As ever, if you'd like to be able to do even more with this design, there's also a download in my shop here. But if all you need is a thank you card, this printable should be all you need if you can simply fix it to the front of any card base, cardboard or heavy paper.

It prints out well (300dpi) at 4 x 6 inches, making it an easy size to post as well.

Free Printable: "Election Bingo" Card (AEDM 15)

It's Friday, and time for a bit of fun...

Here in the UK, politicians have been released back into the wild for another election.

So, in order to make the tedium of watching it all a little more fun, I've designed this bingo card, that helps the user to spot all the various kinds of behaviour that politicians tend to exhibit, and which becomes exaggerated during election periods.

This card deliberately applies to politicians of all political persuasions (and probably in many countries outside the UK, too).

So, if you feel like printing this off for your amusement whenever there's an election where you are, please feel free.

There are no prizes for this, obviously-just the satisfaction or otherwise of a completed card.

And finally, there was no political intent behind these colours. It's hard to find a colour that someone somewhere hasn't used for political purposes. And it's cold here at the moment, so I went for warm colours.
